QUEST is a rigid 4-axis Selective Compliance Assembly Robotic Arm (SCARA) that consists of sturdy profile with DC servo motor for all joint actuation. It is built on a rugged base making it stable for any kind of pick and place application.
The robot is programmable through PC communication port from dedicated software for diverse practical applications.
Objective
Control and program the robot for broad rationale pick & place applications or special purpose assembly application through Jog method / looping mode control of fatigue tasks.
Discern & understand the DC motors, gripper’s functionality & control methodology.
